Our pool of applicants are drawn from two sources; transitioning military personnel and first-generation college graduates. We recognize that these two categories of candidates uniquely embody the ideal combination of leadership, determination, and problem solving that is vital to success.

200,000 men and women transition from the military into civilian careers annually. Their term in service has enhanced their discipline and empowered them with a profound work ethic. Furthermore, prior to leaving the military they are enrolled in comprehensive programs for intensive study in various specialties. Our access to these programs ensures these applicants posses the specific skill sets necessary for, and are committed to, their new careers.

The First-generation graduates in our program are screened from a network of 65 colleges and universities. Many of these graduates are scholars from a foundation which promotes community engagement. These scholars represent a diverse variety of degrees and are required to take leadership positions in the communities around their campuses. They are fully prepared to enter the job market.
